We recommend that you give your motorcycle a complete oil change.
Contaminants held in the used oil can etch engine bearings and other
vital parts as they settle over winter storage, forming a sticky film.
It is best to drain the oil when it is warm and replace the oil
filter. Do not store your motorcycle without oil as this could cause
internal corrosion inside the engine. We recommend to use motor oil
that is formulated for air-cooled motorcycle engines.
