Squealing AC clutch, 90 accord

    My 1990 accord has a high pitched squeal coming from the AC
    compressor. Usually goes away after about 15 seconds. I does not seem
    to be a slipping belt. I think it is the compressor clutch.

    1. Can the clutch be rebuilt?
    2. Does it require special tools?
