    89 civic starter. automatic.
Two big bolts is holding 89 starter. One and top and other at the
bottom. I can loose top one but the top I can't. I have to go
through underneath to loose the bottom bolt.

my car does not start now. It used to start by tapping the starter
soleloid. Now I can't. I guess I have to replace the damn whole
thing. Only if I go underneath the car and loose the bolt then
    the problem will be solved.

I don't quite understand if you've gotten your starter out yet.
If not, I find it easiest to use one of those 12 point rachet wrences.
A socket wrench did not work for me on the bottom bolt.

Once you have it out, you may want to check into getting a repair kit
for your starter. It is a fraction of the cost of a new starter.

No, I did not get out the starter yet because I can't loose the bottom
bolt. I can't reach that with my tool. I guess I have to go to shop or
    I have to buy a pair jack-up.
