Steering pull after ball joints replaced

Last month I had the front lower ball joints of my '93 Accord (210,000km
~ 130,000 miles) replaced. Since last week, the car has had a tendency to
pull slightly to the right. It was not doing this before the ball joints
    were replaced.

I was thinking perhaps I need a wheel alignment. But my current tires
have only 10,000km (~ 6200 miles) on them, and all 4 wheels were aligned
when I got the tires. I haven't closely checked the wear on my tires, but
they are probably about due for a rotation.

My question is: Is a 4-wheel (or even just a front-wheel) alignment
recommended after replacing lower ball joints? Any other ideas? Somehow
I don't think a simple tire rotation is enough.

    Thanks in advance.

yes, with the new balljoints, you need a alignment.
