On a friend's lincoln you could pull the window up by hands. You just grab
it from both sides and pull up. I'm not sure if will work on a power civic.
ALl my civics have been manual windows so I'm not sure. You could try
openning your door, disconnect the motor assembly, pull the window up, and
put something underneath the window to hold it in place until you put the
    regulator.

Are you sure the window is stuck? We had that happen recently and it turned
out that the window main switch had been turned off accidentally, disabling
the controls for all but the driver's window. The main switch is with the
other window swicthes on the driver's door.

On some Accords, use the battery to power the motor. If all else fails,
you might need to remove the motor to manually bring the window up
    and shut.

My daughters civic had the driver window pop out of its track. Bottom
line is you'll have to take the panel off and check all the components
    to see whats really wrong.
