In January I replaced both low beam headlight bulbs in my 2001 Accord
with Sylvania Silverstar bulbs. Three weeks ago the right side bulb
burned out. Tonight the left side bulb burned out . . . what a waste
    of money . . . I'm going back to standard bulbs . . .

  2. I bought mine around 2 months ago.... I couldn't careless if they burn out,
    only paid $10 for pair!

How to turn off 'Maintenance Required" light:

    1. Hold trip/reset button on dash
    2. Turn key to "ON" or start engine
    3. Hold button til light goes out

  3. Kinda confirms what's others have reported but... standard? Get the
Sylvania Xtravisions or Philips Hi-Visibility bulbs - more light than
standard and last reasonably well... say 3-5 years or more depending on
    system.

Yes, I went with Xtravisions. I'll install them after I get done here.
