Synthetic Oil?

    No offence but Honda OEM oil filters are made by Fram or Filtech.

  2. I buy Honda's oil filters and I've never seen a Purolator. Just Fram
    and Filtech.

    Amazingly, Fram seems to be capable of making non-defective components
    for Honda. The Fram store brand must be a dumping ground for quality
    control rejects.

    It's true. Synthetics don't break down (and lose their lubricating
    properties) as quickly as natural oils. If you REALLY are interested, do
    some searching and reading... and not just in newsgroups, where opinions
    (such as yours) far outweigh facts.
