    I looked there and they want a bunch of personal info - like your
    address/ name. At the bottom is statement that you agree to pay
    something like $50 / hour for there efforts. Is this true...what does
    it typically cost?

    They did not ask me for any money. I only done a search for Defects and TCBs.
