Thanks to those that provided assistance with my 2000 Accord Immobilizer
    problem.
The issue I had was that none of the keys for my car would function. The
immobilizer light kept flashing. Not sure what initiated the problem but
here is what I did to resolve the situation. Maybe this was a fluke but it
    worked.

After making several attempts throughout the day to start the car to no
avail and about ready to call the tow truck to take the car to the nearest
dealer I thought that I would give one more attempt to resolving the
problem. I deduced, right or wrong that since none of my keys worked
including the valet key, that something must have reset the code or whatever
in the car. I recalled that the radio has a lock out code that must be
input after the battery terminals are replaced. So I put the key in the
ignition in the on position, turned on the radio and entered the numeric
digital code supplied by the dealer when I purchased the car. Like magic
the immobilizer light stopped flashing and the car started. As I said this
may be a fluke but to those of you who incur this situation you may want to
try this prior to replacing the main relay as some suggested or having your
    car towed to the dealership.

Thanks again for all those who supplied feedback.

Is this code printed anywhere in the car? I bought mine 2nd hand from a
dealer. He didn't mention anything about this.

Not all Honda radios have a security code Usually it's only the EX
    models that have such radios.

But if yours does, and if you don't have the code, you can get it.
First, check the glove box for a small white sticker with some numbers
on it. If it's there, it's probably the serial number of the radio.
(Honda provides this serial number sticker for just his purpose, and
advises in the owner's manual to put the sticker in the glove box.)
Take the serial number to your dealer and ask him to look up the
    security code.

If you don't have the radio serial number anywhere, you'll have to pull
the radio to read the serial number off the radio itself. You can do
this, or your dealer can do this.
