Okay...thanks to all for the advise. Here is where things stand:

The car is overheating and even when hot the radiator fan will not come on.

    1) When I start the car and turn on the A/C neither fan comes on. I
understand the condensor fan should come on?

    2) When I remove and short the connector on ECT switch A (the one by the
thermostat) the radiator fan comes on when the igition is on.

    3) When I remove and short the connector on ECT switch B with the ignition
turned on and then off the radiator fan comes on.

    4) I put 12V across the condensor fan and it came on.

So....both fans seem to work fine. I doubt that both ECT switch A & B have
failed but I guess I should check at least switch A to verify. I am
guessing that the problem must be the radiator fan control module?

Thanks so much for all your input.

  2. You are probably right. You should also check the level in your radiator
each day before you drive. You should also make sure the water pump is
working correctly--not leaking. The radiator fan that is not working
correctly could cause other problems such losing fluid from the radiator
when it overheats. I suggest that you take it to a mechanic that you trust
if you are not able to fix it yourself.
