Poor advice...how do you justify that?
Can you even begin to back up that statement with facts?
I respect that you are entitled to state your opinions here in this
forum, but I challenge you to offer real-world evidence to justify your
    statements.

I have an 01 LX that has 69K miles and has had 2 tranny replacements and
the 3rd is now having the same problrem as the other failed 2. Only
thing is dealer is blowing me off this time. We only have 4 more
payments left and I was really looking forward to no payments for
awhile. I dont know if this vehicle would qualify under the lemon law or
not. I would be scared of a 00 with 90K miles.

  3. So far, I haven't seen anything on how you can tell when your trannie
is about to fail. Any early warning operation or does it die on the
    highway?
I have a '00 Odyssey with 65k miles and, so far, it has been an
excellent vehicle, smooth operation, good mileage, etc.
