Hey, Is there a place that anyone knows of that I can find TSB's for my car
online? Or is this not public knowledge?

    You could go to http://www.hondalac.com/service/Bulletins/x01-054e.pdf,
but you have to guess at the TSB numbers (replace 01-054 with whatever
number you are looking for). Normally you can subscribe to TSBs from
Alldata, but Honda and BMW refuses to let Alldata make them available to
the public. You can buy hardcopy TSBs from several places, including
http://www.helminc.com. The ones from Helminc are US editions, and they
don't (as far as I have been able to find out) have collections of all
TSBs for each model. Rather, they have collections of all TSBs published
    in a specific year.

no there isn't. and there is a good reason. they are just that TSB's
not recalls. every time some clown gets wind of a TSB they think
they have that problem. they are strictly for tech info only and
    don't apply to every instance.

For your car... the TSB's should be linky'ed below... watch out, there's
over a hundred of them, not all of them apply of course...

I really only want to look at them to see if i can save myself some money by
fixing a problem with my car that Honda has already figured out. :)

Unfortunately Honda makes it almost impossible for consumers to read the
actual body of the TSBs. Most automakers permit alldata.com to sell you
    that information.

Honda in it's Corporate Wisdom tries very hard to hide this information from
    consumers.

It's possible to get them off of EBSCO's automotive repair reference center.
I'm not too completely sure of the web adress though. Usually you can access
this if your public library has a subscription to it.
