Both low beam lights are not working on my 1994 Honda Civic. My hight
beam lights work fine. Whats wrong and how to fix it? Relay ? Where the
    fu*k is it ? :(

    Thank you very much.

  3. I don't know about Euro models but I don't think U.S. models of that era
have any relay for headlights - my '92 and '99 Integras certainly don't.
All the current passes through the column switch. The only Honda I've seen
with headlight relays is our 2K Accord and even there, the high beam
current still goes directly through the dimmer switch.

Correct, that generation Civic did not use relays for the head lights.
Each low beam and each high beam have separate fuses, which I am sure
you checked right after you checked the bulbs.

The switch is fairly complex. There is one set of contacts that turns
power on and off to the headlights, followed by a second switch that
directs the power to the low or the high beams. I suspect there is a
problem with this second set of contacts. To test, remove all 4 fuses
for the headlights. Then measure voltage between ground and each side of
each fuse holder while changing between low and high beams. One side of
each high beam fuse will have battery voltage when you switch to high
beams (as we know that your high beams are working). If you do not find
battery voltage at either side of either low beam fuse regardless of how
you turn the switch, chances are the switch has given up. If you do find
battery voltage at the low beam fuses, your problem is in the wiring
between the fuse box and each headlight.

I bet they start making light relays starting with the 92 Accord since mine
has one. I'm sure the 93 Civ doesn't have it.
