I went to the dealer yesterday and went to the Parts Desk...asked for
CVT fluid..he said that Honda no longer made CVT Fluid but since they
released the ATF-Z1 that is what is supposed to be used. I see that
people are saying Dual Pump Fluid...WHICH is it....I have a 1999 CRV
    4WD....

  2. JediKnight2,

Your dealer is training a 'new kid' . . . It's called Dual Pump Fluid,
and you apparently only need one litre. (some books say 1.2 litres)

Dual pump is just ATF with some secret additives, but since rear
differentials with AWD built in are kinda expensive, use the REAL THING. :)

P.S. I just had my dealer replace my rear diff THREE times to get it
    right. Warranty. Don't ask.
